i.xpo builds the new stand for the Institute for Federal Real Estate

Kaarst - 04. Aug 2008 The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (Institute for Federal Real Estate) has entrusted trade fair specialist i.xpo from Kaarst with the conception and realisation of their forthcoming participation at Expo Real. The concept convinced the four-member committee in a pitch of four competitors. Together with the city of Osnabrueck as a cooperation partner, it will be the first participation for the Federal Institute at Europe´s biggest exhibition for commercial properties.

With a portfolio of more than 300,000 hectares of land and 53,000 apartments the Institute is one of the biggest owners of real estate in Germany. Their duties incorporate administration, marketing and building ownership of federal real estates.
