Reorganisation of the traditional company FK-Messebau completed

i.xpo is building the difference

Kaarst – 11.01.08 Today FK-Messebau GmbH & Co. KG has been renamed to i.xpo GmbH & Co. KG. The change of the name marks the finishing of an innovative re-launch of a company with tradition.

In the late summer of 2006 the new Managing Director Olivier Morlon started the reorganisation of the company located in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. Numerous new employees joined the team in all areas. The production was equipped with CNC-technology of the latest standard. i.xpo also broadened their range of performance. Today, apart from exhibition stands, also projects in the fields of shop-fitting, showroom, event, special construction and exhibitions are being realised. With this relaunch i.xpo reacts to the increased demand for consulting and conception services and the growing number of international customers.

There is a whole bundle of good reasons to give a new appearance to the company: “within the last 16 months we have realigned all areas of our business says Olivier Morlon about the now finalized process. We are proud to communicate this to the outer world now.”

The date of the relaunch is not only strategically based, but it also reflects the company´s economical development: the fiscal year was very successful. Accordingly Morlon stresses the longterm importance of this step: “with regard to the reorganisation we begin to see first signs of success and so we feel confirmed to have followed this path so consistently.”

Morlon succeeded in finding numerous highly-trained and experienced co-workers from various fields for the team. Important key positions could be filled for CNC production, project management, for conception and planning as well as in the marketing department.
